Mannelli-Graetz
Welcome to Tuscany
Tuscany, Italy
Mannelli – Graetz is a new and vivacious project born of the minds of two young men, giving expression to a small faction of one of the most exemplary territories in the world of high-quality wine production. Their objective is to shine a spotlight on viticulture as a celebration of their little piece of earth.
Piero Busso
The Elegance of Piedmont
Piedmont, Italy
The Busso philosophy was clear right from the start: to make wines that expressed their terroir.
The wine Piero Busso strives to bottle is a wine that respects the land, the vine and the fruit. A wine that is able to draw out the characteristics of all three, without distorting them and without forcing things.⠀
Piero Busso has always pursued an approach linked to respect for the earth, which goes beyond the organic certification attained, choosing to use no herbicides and no chemical products, employing sustainable treatments and a green attitude well before environmental awareness became as widespread as it is today.⠀
Today, the Busso family runs the winery in Neive, with 10 hectares of vines.
Barbaresco has always been the heart of their production.

Dewaldt Heyns Family Wines
The Unmistakable Taste of Swartland
Swartland, South Africa
Produced by one of the most talented South African winemakers, Dewaldt Heyns is a great admirer of the Rhône where he spent time learning his craft and it is clear to see its influence on his wines.
“My father’s weathered hands testify to a lifetime of faithful toil among the vineyards of his Swartland farm. This stark yet beautiful region leaves its mark on all who call it home, and this wine is the fulfilment of my lifelong dream to express its unique and enduring character. It is inspired by the land I grew up on, and dedicated to the man whose love for the vine was the start of my own.” - Dewaldt Heyns
In 1995 Dewaldt completed his Diploma in Cellar Technology at Elsenburg Agricultural College, where he had already discovered the affinity for Shiraz that would later make him very popular at parties – or so he claims. He was appointed viticulturist/assistant winemaker at Rust en Vrede, before moving to the newly established Avondale as winemaker in 1999. It was here that Dewaldt’s wines first starting earning accolades, a trend that blossomed after he moved to Saronsberg as winemaker end 2003. For more than 12 years Dewaldt has been refining the wine style and quality of this unique Tulbagh farm, earning widespread recognition from maiden vintage to date. In recognition of this consistently high quality of production, Dewaldt was invited to join the Cape Winemakers’ Guild in 2009.

San Filippo Montalcino
The Legendary Brunello
Montalcino, Italy
The Wine Estate San Filippo lies in the heart of the most beautiful part of the Tuscan countryside, just two kilometres from Montalcino.⠀
⠀
This landscape, with its magnificent vineyards where the Brunello is made, and the yellow cornfields of the Val d’Orcia, has been declared a World Heritage site by UNESCO. ⠀
⠀
San Filippo was one of the original 20 growers that started bottling Brunello in the late 1970s. The arid property located in Northern Montalcino lies facing the famous Biondi Santi’s Il Greppo vineyard. The house style is structured elegance with complex minerality and well-polished age worthy fruit.⠀
⠀
Recently, owner Roberto Giannelli restored and renovated the winemaking facility, cellar, and tasting rooms. In less than 20 years, Roberto Giannelli has gone from novice vintner to Top 10 star, with his Le Lucére vineyard.⠀
⠀
In total the estate produces a mere 3000 cases of Brunello di Montalcino and 1500 cases of Rosso di Montalcino each year. The estate produces three tiers of Brunello including the single vineyard Le Lucére and a Riserva produced only in exceptional vintages.

Il Molino di Grace
A Treasured Tradition, a Lasting Legacy
Tuscany, Italy
Il Molino di Grace is steeped in the historic Chianti Classico tradition producing old world Classico and Super-Tuscan wines for the modern age. Founded by Frank Grace in the 1990’s, the winery of Il Molino di Grace was built with a simple vision: to bottle the most authentic expression of this rocky terroir and succulent Sangiovese fruit that the picturesque Chianti hills deserve. The vineyards that now produce Il Molino di Grace’s wine have been doing so for over three and half centuries. Harvested first by monks from the local monastary, these Chianti Classico vineyards have amazed winemakers and wine enthusiasts every harvest since. Today, an awe-inspiring 9 meter statue tall of an out-stretched, sun and moon holding San Francesco della Vigne stands proud over the rolling vines, blessing all those who have toiled and will continue to toil in this rocky Galestro soil. The winery’s active founders, Frank Grace and his two sons Tim & Daniel, instilled and infused the science and technology of modern organic wine production with the artful tradition of old world wine making. Il Molino di Grace celebrates this delicate balance of creativity and innovation – the rocky, sloping south facing fields that bear the Sangiovese fruit, the cellar produces it, the artwork showcases it, and the wines embody it.
Stefano Accordini
The highest winery in Valpolicella
Verona, Italy
The history of Stefano Accordini began at the beginning of the 1900's when Gaetano Accordini, the father of Stefano produced wine as a share cropper.
In the 1970's, after the abolition of share cropping contracts, Stefano bought the first vineyard of the Accordini family - "Il Fornetto" in the valley of Negrar, achieving his dream of building a winery.
The new millennium was very significant, as that was when they decided to move the wine production into the height of the Valpolicella Classico area.
The choice to produce wines in the hills proved to be a winner. The wines are unique both in taste and bouquet and were heavily appreciated right from the start.
Cleveland Underground
Whiskey. Without Limits.
Cleveland, Ohio
Cleveland Whiskey pushes the boundaries of convention, building on great traditions and artfully blending science with craft to create unique and extraordinary, award-winning spirits. With numerous medals and awards in competitions around the world, including “Whiskey Distillery Innovator of the Year” in 2016, “USA Distillery of the Year” in 2018 from the Berlin International Spirits Competition and a Platinum medal in the 2019 SIP Awards. Taking the miracle of nature and weather and reducing it down to a science: controlling for temperature changes, pressure, oxygen infusion and finally cavitation. Essentially, forcing the reaction between the wood and the whiskey. This process is what allows Cleveland Whiskey to use uncommon woods like Hickory and Black Cherry to finish their Underground bourbons. If you made a barrel out of these woods they would leak like a sieve, but they do make incredible, never-before-tasted flavor profiles for their bourbons. Something no one else in the market can do.
