Organic Certification. Maximum respect for the terroir and the landscape. Absence of chemical products. Manual harvesting of grapes. Destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tank during 8-10 days with two daily soft pump-overs. Aged in barrels of 225 for 6 months.
Valdeviñaspre, Biurko and Karrakripan; So diversity of orientations predominating the southeast. Predominantly calcareous clay soils. Different altitudes between 450 and 600 meters.
Vineyards between 30 and 35 years old.
