Biography of Cesare Bussolo: A Journey Through the Heart of Barolo 

Cultivating his vineyard organically, Cesare ensures that every grape thrives without chemical fertilizers or pesticides, allowing the land to showcase its true character. In the cellar, his philosophy of natural winemaking shines. Hand-harvested at peak ripeness, the grapes ferment with only indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks, with no interventions during the process. After a year of careful aging in oak barrels, Cesare bottles his wines unfiltered and unfined, preserving the essence of the terroir. 

One of his standout creations is the Barolo Fossati, crafted from Nebbiolo grapes sourced from a sun-drenched vineyard at 330 meters above sea level, characterized by its stony, clay-rich soil. Each bottle features a beautifully designed label that captures the spirit of wine enthusiasts everywhere.

Though Cesare Bussolo has released only a few vintages, he has already established himself among the elite producers of Piemonte, enchanting palates with the rich, authentic flavors of his wines.
