Maceone is an incredible single-vineyard Sangiovese Grosso (BBS11) produced by Jacopo and Tancredi Biondi Santi. A unique vineyard with privileged eastern exposure and at an altitude of 326 meters above sea level. This vineyard was selected after a careful micro-zonal study among the 55 hectares of vineyards at the highest level of BBS11. Maceone was born to be a unique wine, showing all the expression, complexity and aging potential of this exclusive clone of the Biondi Santi family, BBS11.
