of chemical products. Manual harvesting of grapes. Destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tank during 8-10 days with two daily soft pump-overs. Aged in 225 litre barrels for 12
months.
Biurko, Las Tablas del Pisón, Castillejo, Los Lagos y Planos Corrales; So diversity of
orientations predominating the southeast. Predominantly calcareous clay soils.
Vineyards between 30 and 35 years old.
