Growing method in the vineyard: goblet
Land: hillside, clayey-calcareous Handpicked, double selection in vineyard and cellar. Controlled fermentation at 25°C. Maceration 14 to 18 days. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation at 22°C.
Time in bottle cellar: minimum four months before sale.
Appearance: Black cherry red with a medium-high depth, with marked purplish edges.
Nose: Intense and complex nose where the very ripe black fruit (blackberries, cassis…) fuse with notes of the wood, such as vanilla, coffee… Very well assembled.
Palate: The palate is structured. The attack is soft and inviting. Ripe tannins adding oiliness. Long and persistent finish. Serving temperature: 12 – 16ºc.
