Complex, rich, elegant, territorial; fruity hints of red fruit, small forest berries; spicy with fresh notes of medicinal herbs and Mediterranean scrub.
Palate
Balanced, soft, dense, juicy, concrete tannins, integrated with a fresh acidity that extends into fruity and spicy hints integrated with a fresh minerality.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in small crates, cooled overnight and then checked on the double sorting table.
Fermentation is spontaneous, with its own indigenous yeasts and takes place in small steel tanks at a controlled temperature.
After a delicate maceration on the skins for about 30 days, the wine is decanted into French oak barriques where the malolactic fermentation takes place.
