Certified organic Trepat vineyard, where we use a pioneering technique to contain pests and diseases: Ozone treatment. We harvest by hand in 20kg boxes.

In the winery, manual selection table and after destemming, a short pre-fermentation maceration for a greater tannic contribution, pneumatic press and first fermentation in a stainless steel tank.

We start the second fermentation in the bottle while keeping a barrel of the base wine for the same period that the rhyme will last.

After 26 months of aging, we will proceed to carry out manual disgorging, the expedition liquor being the base wine that has simultaneously been aged in second-use French oak.

Underwater maturation for 12 months at 24 meters depth in the Mediterranean Sea.


Type of wine: Pink sparkling wine DO Cava, 100% Trepat

Recommended consumption temperature: 5-7 degrees C

Gastronomy: Rice, fatty fish, appetizers, salted meats, cokes, pasta, etc...

On the nose: medium-high intensity, complex and elegant.

In the foreground we find mineral memories of talc, mushrooms and hay, apricot and candied fruit also stand out. When you shake the glass, secondary aromas of pastry and butter stand out. Floral and fruity aromas in the background.

In the mouth: dry, with high acidity that combines perfectly with its minerality and high tannicity. It stands out for its creaminess.
Stone fruits are reaffirmed accompanied by notes of yogurt and dried fruit.
A long finish with a bitter aftertaste reminiscent of caramel. Its fine and creamy bubble stands out.

A very gastronomic and complex wine that moves away from the most commercial line.
